Squiggles: Chameleon

Meet Leon, the chameleon. He’s a proud little fellow who’s not happy about meeting this brimstone butterfly.
You see, there’s this Chameleon girl who everyone (Leon, too) makes fun of, because she’s always involuntarily changing colors. Everybody calls her Camou (short for “camouflage”) to tease her.
Leon, on the other hand, boasts about always being in control of his color changes. And then this happened...
Now Camou is laughing, and Leon thinks about the butterfly’s very slow and very painful death.

Finally it's finished! I started drawing this in early May and then I forgot about wanting to add some final details until today. Oops?
Again, this was started as a random squiggle on my tablet in SketchBook Express. All done with just my fingers.
The things that are wrong about Leon's anatomy I only noticed after I'd been alomst done with the picture and I didn't want to change the pattern on his back to correct the mistakes - because those dots took a while to paint. (But hey, still good enough for a story illustration, I'd say. )
